I am a graduate from San Diego State University and achieved a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Business Management. During my time here, I have enhanced my ability and expanded my knowledge to successfully work in and lead teams to accomplish a set of goals. Through my time here, I have taken several courses that have enhanced my leadership abilities such as Leadership in Organizations, Human Resource Management, and Management and Organizational Behaviors. I recently interned at the National City Chamber of Commerce over the last summer which fine tuned my ability to work in teams. I cooperated with the CEO of the company on developing a 3-year strategic plan, I sat in and contributed my ideas to various event committees throughout the summer, and I worked with the office manager on a daily basis to accomplish tasks and goals. During my time at Chipotle I was able to gain essential customer service experience that have helped me grow my expertise in the customer service industry. I started as a crew member and quickly worked my way up to a kitchen manager where I was able to lead a team and made sure that we were serving delicious and safe food on a daily basis. It was my time as a kitchen manager that I gained valuable leadership experience that I apply in every role I take on. Due to my customer service background, I currently work as a customer service representative for Soft Play Zone, a very small start up company which aims to provide a safe play area for toddlers and kids at parties.
