Here I have summarized my experience and significant achievements working as an e-commerce entrepreneur:- Market analysis to identify products with high sales potential.- Create powerful and persuasive sales messages for each product promoted.- Creation of websites (e-commerce) to sell the identified products through Shopify and Clickfunnels.- Management of online advertising campaigns. Use Growth Hacking techniques to optimize marketing performance and increase brand awareness - cumulated turnover of $1M since 2017.- Negotiate with international suppliers to manage the distribution of products sold.- Manage a freelance team, according to the workload and the activities to be performed (design, creation of audiovisual content, customer support, community management, IT).

Within the Customer Care Airbus department, I'm the marketing manager for the portfolios of services:- Planned Maintenance- Ground Support Equipment & Tools

Within the Airbus IYAV department, wrote technical documentation FRD (Functional Requirement Document) and FDD (Functional Description Document) for Airbus landing systems (ILS, SLS and GLS). My role consisted in creating and updating FRDs and FDDs to take into account the evolutions of the landing systems. To achieve this, I organized meetings with the system specialists in order to identify the impacts in the current documents and to update them accordingly with the new requirements.

Integrated within the development team and the product line of the Electronic Flight Folder (EFF) application, I was responsible of the configuration management of the customization. The customization allows tailoring the EFF application to each customer. My role was:- Understand the functionalities of the EFF application.- Understand the evolutions introduced and how they affect the customization.- Create a configuration management system to keep track of the customization evolutions for each customer.- Test the EFF application to ensure that there are no regressions between each new version developed.- Assist in the product deployment within an airline. During a one-week workshop, understand the daily procedures of the client and set up the application to their operations.- Be up to date with the new trends in the industry to find new ideas for improving the application.

Within the Airbus EYDIG department, wrote clear, concise documentation to describe the test procedures of aircraft on the ground, GTR (Ground Test Requirements). Analysis of inputs (electrical plans, MOD / TRS, Design Office meetings) to determine if there is an impact in the GTRs.

Within the Airbus Training department (STID1/STDA), provide technical support to simulators manufacturers and airlines.- Simulator manufacturers (CAE, L3, Indra ...) and airlines raise technical or documentary problems via Service Requests (questions). The answer is given to them with the available documentation (after analysis) or with the support of the Design Office.- Data Package Management. The Data Package includes all the necessary documentation to simulate airplane systems.

Achieved an internship in the Airbus department “Flight Control System” of the A350, under the responsibility of the Verification and Validation SII team. SII had developed a tool in order to automatise the tests. The objectives of the internship were:- Compare de maintenance messages (FMC) expected (created from the test batteries) from the simulation to the messages obtained through the simulation (SMEF).- Modify the tool in order to automate the process (integrate the maintenance within the validation process).

Project with the Airbus Ground Operations department. Minimize the energy consumption during the taxi phase (TaxiBot). Identify the rivals (Airport Collaborative Decision Making) and analyse the feasibility within certain airports. Project Management (Risk analysis, CBS, WBS, OBS, RASCI, Gantt).

Development of a simple autopilot for a flight simulator (light aircraft):- Identify the model (find the transfer functions of the aircraft).- Develop an autopilot using Matlab and Simulink.- Test the autopilot in the simulator.
