LTE/UMTS Lead Technical Program Manager for Pacific Northwest markets, helping deploy and integrate LTE and UMTS equipment for a major wireless carrier. Provided technical support for Alcatel-Lucent’s North American wireless customers. Duties included diagnosing 1x Network, Call Processing, RF, and 1xEV-DO CP, QoS and RF failures and C++ software bugs using tools and in depth knowledge of features, call processing code and various network elements. Also informed customers on new and existing features and networking functionality. Relayed critical customer issues and software deficiencies and recommended solutions to development community and other field support engineers.

Managed up to 60 associates in 5 billing operations departments as participant in ADP (Ameritech Development Program), a 3-year future leaders program. Responsibilities included reducing cost and cycle time in addition to improving quality to contribute to meeting annual budget of $7.5 million.
