The Bing Overseas Studies Program operates 12 global centers and facilitates student participation in academic programs around the world. Serving on the senior leadership team within a global staff of 60+, I am responsible for end to end development of 12 overseas seminars each year, as well as promotion, student advising, enrollment management, communications, and general student support for over 1,500 students annually. I work collaboratively with offices and stakeholders across university functions at the home campus and abroad to support program objectives.

-Built and advanced partnerships with 35+ institutions in 11 states-Worked collaboratively with partner institution leadership and internal functions to develop customized international programs-Served as internal consultant for health and safety communications and strategy-Liaised with external SaaS company and integrated product into internal operations

-Established vision, leadership, and strategic planning for university-wide international programs and global initiatives-Collaborated with domestic and international partner organizations to develop, implement, and manage over 80 global education programs per year-Managed 6 professional staff members-Oversaw office operating budget and managed revenue of $10M per year

-Created and scaled a campus-wide international travel registration process utilizing SaaS platform-Using SaaS platform, designed and implemented a learning outcomes assessment for study abroad programs-Managed application process and enrollment communications for over 1,000 students per year

-Managed 5 flagship university programs in Germany, collaborating directly with faculty, senior administrators, and global partner institutions-Standardized campus-wide risk management protocols for international programs.

-Managed enrollment and communications for Brown University programs in Tanzania, Japan, and India-Collaborated with diverse university functions to manage enrollment and support for 60+ international visiting scholars each year-Worked with Dean of Graduate School to rebuild Brown’s exchange fellowship application process

-Promoted global education programs at over 150 universities across the US, attending promotional fairs, conferences, and events-Developed and managed business relationships with faculty and staff at partner institutions
