Collects and enters into the system, on approval of the DS, the direct hours spent daily to complete the work, both direct and subcontracted;Coordinates and supports the system users and verifies the use thereof in relation to modules such as MAGA, PCOS, Punch List, Ted Flow, PTS and STS, managed by other project functions. Makes available the data required to issue periodic progress and statistical reports, deriving them from the system, and provides all project functions with the same, in particular PM/CM/PCM.Assures the proper operation and integrity of the data entered in PROM & COPR by implementing the parts for which he/she is responsible and interfacing with all project functions

SPOOLGEN SMARTPLANT is an industrial-strength application that enables the creation of piping isometric drawings and welding maps for fabrication and erection from the design created during the detail engineering phase of projects. Implementation of welding maps extracted from SPOOLGEN into another system called WITS (Welding integrated tracking system) that provides easy monitoring of welding scope and NDTs coverage. Tracking of the spools released from workshop for painting / erection to the lay down area. Keep updated the system with NDT requirements as per Site Engineering Instructions approved by client. Follow up and uploading of daily welding production reports / NDT activities into the system. Project progress monitoring. Responsible in generating daily, weekly and monthly report. Control and approval of monthly subcontractors invoices. Monitoring of the change work orders.Prepare test packs execution schedule in accordance with construction and commissioning requirements. Set up tools (TEDFLOW) to manage the flow of documentation relating to the phases involved in testing a system, from the initial tests to their completion. Steer daily coordination meetings with subcontractors and internal site organization, in order to manage activities schedule and provide reports on progress of work and statistical data. Manage punch list close-out with internal organization and Client. Progress measurement monitoring using COSMO tool (a software designed for the management and progress control of all phases of specific on-site construction activities).

For collapsed channels, GRP tubes have been used due to their high structural resistance to petroleum products and easy installation. New foundations have been constructed for vacuum distillation column, heat exchangers, pumps, dust filter and pipe support in fluid catalytic cracking unit. Due to deep excavation for vacuum distillation column foundation trench has been consolidated by drilling piles made by steel H profiles.
