MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES- Performs scheduled preventive maintenance work from low voltage to medium Voltage equipment- Prepares and Plans maintenance work order to designated team- Analyzes and corrects electrical problems, installs and repair systems, controls and equipment- Assessment and procurement for third party works and order parts and maintain records- Commission new equipment and troubleshoot existing systems- Ensures all maintenance work procedure on all equipment is performed in a safe, timely and high-quality manner- Documents preventive maintenance procedures and manuals- Conducts monitoring and condition predictions for all equipment- Prepares report and analysis for all applied discipline necessary for maintenance- Acts and Serves as Safety and Pollution Control Officer - Oversees and assess the day to day operation and maintenance of Cathay land’s whole water system.- Supervises the team on-site which includes 10 Deepwell operators, 3 STP operators, and 3 technical specialists.- Develops, recommends and implements procedures to increase productivity and efficiency of technical personnel and facilities.- Updates Cathay land and Maynilad top management regarding the operation of the business.- Determining the supplies and equipment such as the correct type and quantity for the water system- Provides direction and assistance to the team on NWRB related concerns- Review the preliminary designs of Cathay land’s water system- Facilitating compliance of business unit to applicable energy laws and keeping of records of such;- Ensuring energy performance measures of their perspective business unit are established, implemented and maintained;- Managing the implementation of relevant management system policies, objectives and target’s, plans and programs, procedures, work instructions and guidelines;- Ensuring the effective implementation and maintenance of ENMS tools; and

- Install, maintain and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.- Read technical diagrams and blueprints.- Perform general electrical maintenance.- Inspect transformers and circuit breakers and other electrical components.- Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.- Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures.- Circuit breaker corrective maintenance
