• Engages the client to obtain EDI requirements, ensuring the completeness and accuracy of map packages and requirements documentation while developing and maintaining good customer relations. • Analyzes, Develops, and Tests EDI maps (inbound and outbound) based on the required document, structures, and specifications from clients.• Follows policies and best practice mapping to define map rules based on client’s requirements. • Consistently create test cases/scenarios, form test files, run tests and evaluate reports to ensure deliverables are defect-free. • Provides technical support and conducts root-cause-analysis for issues/defects raised by clients during client testing.

• Providing technical support responding to case service levels, providing production support, effectively analyzing issues, providing issue resolution, and customer notification. Recreating customer issues & escalates to appropriate level.• Actively participating in self-improvement, process, and technology training programs. Continually striving to expand comprehension of troubleshooting methodologies, application functionality, N-tier architecture, relational database architecture, operating systems, and comms protocols as applicable.• Provide advanced troubleshooting on issues including but not limited to, missing data and advanced technical issues.• Properly escalate cases to the appropriate teams as needed based on issue complexity and process documentation. Work closely with these teams to identify new trends/resolutions.• Continued use of Support utilities (CRM, Customer Account Information, Knowledge Base, Training Materials, etc.) to think critically and resolve assigned customer interactions.
