Regional Director (SA) – Responsible for SA business and on Vic/SA Executive, reporting to BM Credit – Project procurement, negotiation of contracts, staff welfare & development, OHSE & IR, and project delivery and performance for Rowlands Apartments ($35m), Pasadena Shopping Centre ($35m), Redevelopment of Burnside Village ($60m), Precinct Altitude (Balfours Redevelopment $150m), Newport Quays Stage 1 & 2 delivery ($250m). SA Prisons PPP – Regional Director, Bid Manager for D&C bid for New Men’s & Women’s Prison ($450M) as part of NPSF PPP ($700M). Lead figure in negotiations with sponsor Babcock and Brown, CBA and BMI Centro Colonnades Redevelopment ($80m) - Project Manager, Redevelopment of existing shopping centre consisting of a 30,000m2 extension and refurbishment of existing centre. Role - Responsible for delivery of complete project including all client liaison and financials (including negotiation of additional works); oversee preparation of negotiated tender. To be operated as joint apartment / hotel complex. Role – Responsible for all site operations of project including Design Management.
