Development of contract and purchase order quality requirements, estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers.Coordinating the ISO certification of new opened branches (Bulgaria, Romania, Russia, Lebanon).Develop Quality and Certification Requirements procedure and forms for inclusion in purchase orders packages for various commodities. Prepare, review and approve bidding documentation for new projects.Addressing risks and opportunities or threats that may positively or negatively impact cost of non quality or project tasks. Organising relevant training sessionsReviewed RFQ’s and PO’s prior to issue to vendor to ensure all quality requirements have been included in the package. Coordinate second and third party inspection to cover quality surveillance and monitoring of supply chain and management of discipline inspectors.
