  Responsabilities:• Create experimental tires based on R&D requirements, plant guidelines, logistics and infrastructure• Check availability of tooling and materials in plant, make orders in case of shortage, coordinate and plan tests or experimental tires accordingly• Industrialisation, interface between R&D and plant, making tire specifications - BOM for the release in serial production• Execute industrialisation activities of new and experimental materials, products and processes in close cooperation with R&D• Realise reports for R&D regarding tire building, planning, process, materials and shipment• R&D experience - develop, plan, follow-up and analize of prototype tires; ensure successful industrialisation of new products; follow-up on pilot production and support with improvement measures to assure unlimited production; complexity decrease and cost improvements, in cooperation with manufacturing plants; reprezentative in R&D of needs and requirements of assigned plantsAchievements/Skills:• Supervised and managed projects related to industrialization and continuous improvement but also involved as team member• Launched new products within targeted quality and timing and improved existing ones• Improved costs and scrap rate after analysing impact of potential measures over the business• Collaboration between many departments and colleagues to complete tasks and make improvements, active member in competence pools (Van Competence Center) , business teams (CBT2), task-forces• Lessons learned approach, sharing information, training sessions, promoting teamwork and hands on approach
