Duties & Responsibilities:1. Review all given drawings & specifications for the preparation of developing design or issued for construction (IFC) drawings.2. Developed and design two-dimensional floor plans, elevations, building sections, construction drawings (joinery & installation drawings), details and page layouts.3. Notify the Design Manager/Coordinator in any discrepancies between design drawings and specifications.4. Coordinate to any updated request for information's (RFI's) for proper developing of shop drawings.5. Once in a while prepare quantity take-off along with the marked-up drawings.Projects Involved:1. 1. Preparing concept, shop drawings and as-built drawings using AutoCAD as per the instructions of Project Manager/Engineer and as per the project/tender specifications.2. Perform quantity take-off as per the given drawings, specifications and make it as a form of BOQ for engineer’s price estimation.3. Participate on tender inquiries or request for quotation and make comparison sheet for Project Manager/Engineer's review.4. Preparing other project documents related to technical submittals, schedules and inspection request.5. Maintain and monitor records of all submittals.6. Assist with the coordination, ordering, and delivery of materials related to AutoCAD.7. Coordinate for other projects and request for quotation.8. Filling documents as per the requirement of the Document Managers or updating files and registers.9. Maintaining and organizing the paper and electronic documents. Storing them properly for future reference.
