Evaluate Southern California Edison's (SCE) subtransmission systems to assess the power grid's future needs. Perform power flow analysis utilizing General Electric Positive Sequence Load Flow (PSLF) software and propose mitigations for any thermal and voltage violations to ensure SCE's ability to serve future load growth reliably.Validate generation interconnection request packages for various voltage levels and ensure generator models are complying with the latest WECC/NERC/FERC modeling guidelines and requirementsPerform generation interconnection studies at the subtransmission and transmission level to assess scope and cost required to interconnect new generation.
