With legal responsibility for Management, oversight and governance of the charity.

Client, market and competitive analysis; using the resultant insight to create sales plans/strategy and solutions to address needs/problems, utilising appropriate technology and data assets. Responsible for developing complete E2E client propositions, including market requirements, commercial justification, defining, launching, development roadmaps and customer satisfaction. Accountable for developing and maintaining the strategy for M&A, new products, enhancements and propositions, across established and emerging sectors. Innovation and win loss analysis to support continuous improvement into product capabilities and client solutions.

Qualification, leadership, organisation, of complex and strategic bids £10m+. Management of a team of sales directors, bid directors and consultants, leading and supporting high value, sophisticated and multi-dimensional deals. Designing solutions to address client problems utilising the breath of Experian’s services (Data, ID, Fraud, Analytics, Software & Professional Services). Defining win themes, stakeholder management commercial and competitive strategy, across multi-functional matrix teams. Ownership and management of opportunities and the associated proposal. Progressing from initial qualification through to submission and orchestration/ delivery of the pitch.

Led the design, architecture, development and global roll out of the new PowerCurve decisioning platform. Managed a portfolio of originations products,with annual revenues £40m +. Established offshore Malaysian development centre, centralising and replacing multiple groups grown through M&A activities.
