- Work with the CEO to develop new ideas and concepts for the expansion of the organization. - Use social media such as Facebook and Twitter to provide continued public awareness. - Initiate marketing campaigns and promotions to encourage public engagement in the organization. - Implement concepts to drive constant traffic to the site such as constantly updating aspects of the website, study current traffic trends and initiate ways to stay ahead of the competition in bringing company news to the readers.- Plan and budget marketing activities and develop powerful and effective cross-channel marketing communication campaigns. - Analyse, report and present the effectiveness of campaigns to the rest of the business, acting as a subject matter expert in all areas of marketing.- Utilise my experience and expertise to generate fresh ideas and suggestions to engage audiences while writing brand-appropriate copy for communications and social media content.- Research competitors and best practices to keep abreast of industry developments and continually improve the effectiveness of marketing communications.
