Invoice approval time has been reduced by 50%+ and generated yearly revenue of $500K+.• Successfully launched Stream in Canada and Mexico which has significantly enhanced customer experience and streamlined associated processes.• Mitigated Tax risk associated to new tax regulations in Mexico and Argentina by redesigning processes and controls. Mitigated an exposure of ~USD 75MM.

Global GSM lead for the provision of Transitional Services to newly created Global Business Travel Joint Venture (GBT). Designed, documented and executed the transitional services provided by GSM American Express to the newly created joint venture. Throughout the transitional period, GSM AXP sourced, negotiated, risk assessed and paid Third Parties on behalf of the GBT JV. Responsibilities included defining strategy, understanding GBT’s Third Party needs and ensuring AXP was able to execute on their behalf, ensuring regulatory compliance for both AXP and GBT, and minimizing vendor risk. Highlights:• Successfully led the GSM Transitional Services provided to the Joint Venture and executed efficient operational and infrastructure separation that required strategic plan development, thorough project management, and efficient customer relationship management. • Led GSM teams globally to ensure that the GBT JV was enabled and separated successfully. Key accomplishments were: assigning 200+ contracts, cloning 50+ contracts and securing rights to use for 700+ contracts.
