At Alphameric I headed up the level 3 support team acting as day to dayescalation point as well as team manager.I was responsible for supporting the companies 200+ server environment at thesame time as offering pre-sales and post sales on site level 3 support to the clients.Everyday at Alphameric was a new challenge amplified by the systems reliance onbeing in sync and up to date.During my time at Alphameric I deigned a new product for them based around ADSLand 3G connectivity, Installed and configured Solarwinds for proactive monitoring oninternal and client systems, setup VM Ware environment and migrated 50% of thelive physical servers to VM environment, Installed and Configured Backup Exec 12.5including Continuous Protection and then setup data replication across multiple WANsites. One the most challenging projects I completed was the migration from Siemans toPanasonic for the companies phone system that had to be done around thehelpdesk requirement to be open from 7am to 10pm daily.

Tookthis small network and built it up as the company has grown.
