Cnc Milling Setter Operator
Current- VERSATECH V-140N/280 - Review work orders and production schedules; conduct pre-shift inspections.- Select and install appropriate cutting tools; load and secure workpieces.- Load and verify CNC programs; calibrate machines and set zero points.- Initiate and monitor machine operations, ensuring consistency and addressing issues.- Perform first off, in-process, and final inspections using precision tools.- Monitor tool wear and replace as necessary to maintain part quality.- Conduct routine machine maintenance and ensure a clean, organized workspace.- Document completed work and communicate machine status to incoming operators.
