Christs College Guildford Maths and Computing department was an excellent department with a huge increase in GCSE grades over the past 3 years.MyJob roles included- Plan and prepare lessons to meet the needs of all students, ensuring that progress was being monitored and achieved by students.- Prepare constructive and developmental reports for parents as well as meeting them to ensure maximum student achievement.- Maintain mark books regarding student levels, assessment data and homework data.- Communicate effectively with appropriate staff members to allow opportunities of effective learning. - Create short/medium/long term plans.- Create and analyse student reports and present these to senior members of staff and parents.- Run a Computing Club during lunch and after school hours

Mowmacre Hill Primary School was a school in special measures that had some unique and challenging needs. My job roles included:Attendance - I created and implemented various school schemes which raised attendance by 4.8% at my time at the school.Behaviour - This included creating schemes for individuals and creating groups in which behaviour issues could be discussed, changed and improved on.Parent relations - As many of the parents had difficult school relations, one challenging aspect of my job was to create positive environments and communication channels to improve on these.Working with the Educational welfare officer - This included home visits and meeting with various organisations including the police, child welfare and social services.

-Electro Static Discharge, Continuous Improvement and Environmental Health and Safety-In charge of weekly meetings, which included documenting progress, organising teams from multiple departments-Coding for Electrical Engine Controllers -Internal & External Testing of Units in accordance with PAT documents.
