Teaching is a skill that requires attentiveness and diversification. I believe that one philosophy cannot encompass the multiple theoretical teaching aspects that have been effective. However, the one concept of learning that attracted me most focuses on the individual appeal. This meaning the ability to diversify a lesson so much so that it appeals to students of all learning backgrounds. An example of this could be the mixture of interactivity, old fashion dictation, and a one-to-one session all existing in the same lesson plan. I believe a philosophy of this kind would promote alertness, great ethical consideration, critical thinking on the spot, and hard work. I am also a strong believer in listening when communicating as this further meliorates the qualities of understanding in education.
