My role is to present Robotic, Automation, Sensing and Control solutions to core businessses in the Food and Commodoties, Logistics and Pharmaceutical Industries. Assist with running our sales operations for Queensland, Northern New South Wales and the Northern Territory.Dealing with various challenges in todays difficult environment is what excites me, helping businesses take on new technologies, improve process and profits and provide solutions that reduce the repetitive, high risk injury tasks that people do every day is what brings great satisfaction.Our mission "To improve lives and contribute to a better Society" is a truly meaningful statement in the fact that we are at work to not only better ourselves but to better the lives & lifestyles for the people of our Society.

Our company refocused our product groups into IC & AT Divisions and therefore restructured our business, I am now the Sales Manager for the Industrial Components Division of our business, I am responsible for leading and mentoring a team of two salespeople, this also included sales forcasting, reporting and presenting my business plan, keeping my team up to date with all company related information, dual customer visits with my Team, promotional events and ensuring the growth and well being of my Team was maintained to the highest level.Our Territory covered Queensland, Northern Territory and Northern New South Wales, within the Food and Commodities, Manufacturing and Logistics industries.We also proposed and sold component hardware solutions to End Users, Original Equipment Manufacturers and Panels Builders.

Working within the Channel Sales Department, growing channel business through strong relationship building, focus of high level customer support, growing brand and stock center locations within strategic regions of Queensland and Northern New South Wales.Work with select businesses on strategic growth plans and agreements for exponential sales growth within ours and our customers business.
