Very passionate in the beliefs that hard work pays off. But been able to work hard is based on the team backing you. Wether that be supply or command. Team work and passion are always touted about. But I use words with true belief and utalise them together to help me achieve. I'm my own biggest critic and can pick faults within perfect workmanship so I know how next time I can impove workmanship or productivity.
