When I first started at UPS, I didn't have a clear direction in mind for my career at the time. I did know one thing though, if you want to succeed in any business you need to be good with 3 things; people, people and people! All businesses revolve around employees and customers, if you make both happy you can't go wrong. What lead me down the path to Human Resources is my love and passion for helping people. When I interview someone for a position with the company I'm always looking toward the future with them. I don't care what thier past looks like; all I want to know is are you ready to make a commitment and move forward?
