34 years of RAF experience have driven me toward my vocation which is instruction/teaching and coaching and mentoring/leadership skills. I specialise in force protection skills( shooting, weapon safety, first aid, personal protection in a high threat environment) and have a spectrum of transferable skills to offer to the civillian sector. in my career so far I have trained and developed a range of people from new recruits, to aircrew and personnel deploying to Iraq and Afghanistan. I have a wealth of experience to draw on in management as I have managed a 25 man training team delivering a wide variety of courses. I am a qualified lesson assesor. I am well travelled and have experience od Aviation counter terrorism training in Morocco, Lebanon, Saudia Arabia, United Arab Emirates and Pakistan. I have also done project management in Kabul Afghanistan. I am highly motivated and have excellent personal and people skills and am particularly interested in stress awareness, councelling and listening skills and leadership training.
