Working with the UK’s leading lenders, surveyors, PropTech and FinTech companies to develop new business divisions, products and services.

I led the team that successfully designed, developed and sold PropTech / FinTech SaaS software to lenders, surveyors, the property industry and the public sector.Having delivered and exceeded the goals we set for the project and making it a commercial success. I sold my stake to Property Pal as planned and continued to work closely with Property Pal throughout 2023.

I identify opportunities for new product development as a result of:• Discussions with key decision makers in the lending, surveying, fraud, insurance and data markets.• Assessment of emerging markets.• Creative thinking around the potential use of existing data sets.The resulting commercially successful products and services (multi million pounds) have led to step changes in a variety of industries and Rightmove’s extension into new markets. Examples of these are:• Automated Valuation Model (AVM) – Establishing the resale or rental value of a property.• Rightcheck – Identifying potential fraudulent property transactions before completion.• Rightsure – Alerting insurance companies to issues with claims and prior to writing policies.• Surveyors Comparable Tool – Unique data and insight on a specific property and those comparable with it.• Property Risk Tool – Fully integrated suite of risk / fraud alerts and scores for use in the surveying and lending process.I present to and gain the support of the boards and senior management of UK and international companies. Understand the root causes of the challenges they face and then design and deliver well thought through, innovative and unique solutions. Often working in partnership with them and third parties to develop the end product or service.
