Construction Manager for design phase of stormwater drainage and water harvesting within the airfield, overcoming the particular challenges of existing services and crossing a live runway using micro-tunnellingConstruction Manager responsible for the construction of an airside VIP welcoming building. This building was used to meet and greet dignitaries, located airside adjacent to the 07/25 runway. The project was completed to a strict programme and tight budget. Construction Manager responsible for the upgrade of perimeter security at Sydney Airport in the first of four phases to be undertaken. The location of the work was alongside a main highway and amongst existing services which were vital to the operation of the main runway which had to remain operational for the entire duration of the project.

Senior Consultant on Baha Mar Resort Development in the Bahamas. The project consisted of the refurbishment of a Wyndham Hotel and the refurbishment and rebranding of a Radisson Hotel to a Sheraton. The project also consisted of the creation of a W, Westin, St Regis and Cesaers Palace Hotels, along with all the enabaling works, demolition, road diversions and relocation of the Prime Ministers office and three international banks. The project budget was $2.8billion

I returned in 2011 once funding had been re-established under the Exim Bank. Project Manager heading up the delivery of $250m of works, which includes the AECOM designed Convention Center and all external works which contain pools, beach sanctuary works, rooftop terraces, luxury villas, a show lake, cabanas, beach bars. The over project is a $3.5bn hotel and resort project to provide Hyatt, Morgan, Rosewood hotels along with all the associated infra-structure and a Jack Nicklaus golf course.
