Liaison between the customer (T-Mobile business groups and enterprise in-house systems) and the delivery and testing organizations for the Billing platform (the Amdocs Billing system and a number of satellite applications provided by different vendors).I've been involved with, and often owned from the billing analysis side, some of the major projects in T-Mobile for the past 3+ years.My responsibilities include:• Participate in scoping sessions, requirements gathering and high level design decisions• Facilitate and drive inter-application design discussions, end to end solution architecture• Capture and document the functional requirements impacting the Billing systems• Assist the development teams in identifying solutions and implementing the requirements• Present and review the solution with the business and testing teams• Support for all testing levels in documenting the test behavioral model and test cases, defect handling and resolution• Advise business in initiating and implementing table driven configurations delivering new functionality without code changes• Participate in the release to production• Focal point for other analysts and the customer groups on Accounts Receivable and Collections issuesAs part of my role I have to collaborate and bridge between numerous groups from T-mobile, Amdocs as well as other vendors .
