I cover 2 core-areas: I) Working off-site or on-site (when necessary) with customers from a wide range of industries, main ones being energy, healthcare, home furnishings, FMCG to provide permanent or project-based support for their top and middle management in raising debt (i.e. via commercial lending, leasing), raising equity or debt restructuring. Most of the time, I assume a mandate to act as liaison with the outside partners/stakeholders involved in the respective process (i.e. commercial banks, leasing companies, private investors, private equity funds, insurance companies, factoring companie) to make the process as frictionless as possible for my customers. I prepare, together with internal accounting, finance departments the materials required (i.e. business plan, financial projections, restructuring proposal) and any other supporting documentation throughout the process. furthermore, I assist in developing and maintaining an investor relations program, which include preparation of presentations, planning meetings and attending meetings with analysts.II) I provide general business advisory to top management and/or business owners to evaluate on a regular basis their best options going forward (i.e. additional investments, divestitures), to identify and select the options that are most adequate to their short/long-term objectives, especially as far as capital allocation is concerned. My insights, provided from a more distanced position, with more objectivity, frequently challenge the business managers / owners in their own assessments and bring contrarian views or highlight risks involved.

- Manage and service a portfolio of approx. 50 mid-market corporate clients, mostly from NW of Romania.- Acquisition of new corporate business as well as regular liaison with existing customers; also with a poignant focus on cross-selling opportunities.

- Analysis of financial data and non-financial information related to a specific customer's business; - Preparation of a loan proposal (along with the assigned relationship manager) supporting customer's requests by identifying and selecting the most appropriate structures considering creditworthiness and collateral provided.
