I’m a Music Director, Office Administrator and Manager focused on organization and resource optimization. In my various roles I have lead and assisted in the company’s efforts to work together with all phases of the company - administration, finance, management, logistics, marketing, and sales. One of my exciting accomplishments to date was creating a staff and recruting players for a 25-player youth tackle football team named after my favorite college team - the Florida State Seminoles. More than 50% of these players had never played organized football, but with hard work and talent they generated enormous buzz and enjoyed a successful undefeated championship season. Not only did we endure the process, but also we found it rewarding to see the results.Before accepting a position at Cornerstone Church in 2007, I worked for the Town of East Spencer, NC where I served in many capacities as the Director of Operations, Served as the Town’s principal representative with consultants, engineers, and agencies and was lucky enough to work with the NC Centralina Council of Governments, Duke Energy, EPA , NCDOT, NC RWA, Salisbury-Rowan Utilities, USDA, Waste Management, Rowan County, the State of North Carolina and many others.I’m truly passionate about my work and always eager to connect with other marketers. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, I think my favorite stage of a project is working with the client or business unit leader to understand his or her business objectives.
