Strategic management of the HR Business Intelligence Functional Area including the BI Kronos environment, Project Management (Full SDLC) for all HR Projects raised within the Business Intelligence scope.Business Analyst for all HR Projects and Maintenance requests raised within the Business Intelligence scope. Develop and maintain the Workforce Central system, in order to provide sound support to all business units, providing accurate information and reporting, to ensure informative decision making with regards to recruiting, training, scheduling, deploying and administering the flexible workforce. Develop, implement and continuously evaluate accurate scheduling and productivity norms, configuring and adjusting them on the Smart Scheduler suite, in order to set up and configure scientific-based work rules and staffing principles for each Retail Store, To improve effective scheduling in line with core business objectives that will ensure cost-effective wage expenditure, decreased cost in selling and improved customer service. Investigate, pilot and implement new technology to improve current processes within retail stores. Utilise technology and data information to formulate results and create communication channels between the company and its customers. Align all current systems with world-class standards and maintain the leading edge in a highly-competitive environment. Ensure effective resolution of hardware out-of-line situations and prevention of future issues.
