Leading testing activities across technology delivery streams, plan and manage End to End (Business Acceptance) testing to ensure solutions delivered by the Portfolios are at the right level of quality and completeness to drive the expected business value.Key Responsibilities:* Lead Testing Strategy: Define testing strategies, approaches, and plans for programs and projects. Ensure these strategies drive integrated verification of business processes, customer journeys, and cross-platform technology solutions.* Engagement and Buy-In: Ensure engagement and buy-in from program teams, technology platforms, delivery partners, and business stakeholders for the testing strategy and approach.* Orchestrate Testing Activities: Coordinate testing activities to verify that solution components meet quality and completeness targets. Verify that technology platforms and delivery partners are executing testing in line with the strategy and plan. Plan and manage end-to-end (business acceptance) testing.* Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks to quality for colleagues and customers. Establish quality criteria and assess the quality of proposed solutions during the lifecycle (e.g., accessibility, performance, security, re-usability, testability).* Monitor Testing Outcomes: Monitor outcomes of testing and ensure effective and transparent triage and defect classification mechanisms. Facilitate business decisions and trade-offs around quality, completeness, and time to market based on testing results.* Contribute to Continual Improvement: Contribute to the continual improvement of methods and approaches that uplift organisational agility, particularly in the context of testing.* Community Participation: Actively participate in the community of practice to drive knowledge sharing and lessons learned in testing.* Compliance: Maintain awareness of and comply with the Group Delegations & Authorities Policy regarding testing and quality assurance.
