Have experience in computer repairs from my previous job with Click computers, which included windows OS installs, replacing HDD, screens motherboards and re-install of drivers etc. Experienced in computer and software sales. Provided guidance to customers to buy the right pc/laptop for their needs as well as guiding them through how to use Windows OS, Microsoft software and configuring printers etc. From my previous employer at O&S Doors, I gained experience in using Active Directory and Exchange 2010. Maintenance on HP/Zebra printers and barcode scanners. Installing and updating new PC’s and printers when needed. Modifying and updating the O&S Doors websites with new stock and features using Abode CS6 on iMac computer. Have experience with the web programming language Razor (asp.net) to develop a scanning tool that can be used by an Android/iPhone device to scan door stock by using the web browser. Installing wireless access points throughout the factory to allow access for packing pc’s to access the servers resources.Keep up to date on new technologies both hardware and software. Studying and researching all these technologies along with researching various troubleshooting issues. I am very hard working and very eager to learn, I see IT as not just a job, but also a hobby.
