Waterpark Place Showcase Store 2014-2021The RBC WaterPark Place Store is a unique and state-of-the-art facility that allows RBC Retailing Behaviours to flourish and create more meaningful conversations that in turn leads to productive client discovery. By focusing on the client's family, occupation, dreams and recreation, I am able to connect strongly and dig deeply as to what is important to them. A leader in the "One RBC Advisor' mentality, I am able to nourish and deepen client relationships. I constantly ensure clients are in the home of the best fit with our Partnered Advisors. I am consistent with retailing behaviors by always walking clients in and showing them a warm farewell at the end of their visit to the store. Expert Client Advisor Mentor and Career Launch Mentor -for the past Three Seasons I have successfully trained Client Advisor Interns as well as the new graduates now enrolled in the RBC Career Launch Program. I am constantly guiding and teaching these young individuals in the best practices of client relations, client empowerment, and client financial health.
