Over the last 20 years I have built my career in business transformation, working my way up in industry; from an engineer to senior management, and using these skills to become Director and COO of a successful, global consultancy. I have been responsible for recruitment at a global level, for my own business and for some of the world’s leading brands. This experience has helped me to understand the difficulties businesses face when they are looking to recruit, and what it takes to find the right person for a role, both technically and culturally.
