For those who are not familiar with what AIESEC is – it is the world's largest non-profit youth-run organization that focuses on empowering young people to make a positive impact on society.Nearly 1,5-year adventure resulted in many projects, mixing the art of marketing, sales and project management. There was a happy ending: The Most Innovative Leader Award. Looking back, what was the most important was a chance to meet hundreds of people from around the world – each person different and in some inspiring way better than me.As a new grad, I had one goal in mind: finding a company where I can grow. Known for being 1% recruiter, Procter & Gamble offered me a graduate traineeship. Since Day 1, I faced a culture of encouragement, collaboration, and ownership. Thanks to the 70:20:10 learning model (70% learning by doing, 20% learning from others, 10% learning by taking courses), I have developed both hard and soft skills like selling, negotiating, data analysis, strategic thinking and time management. For what counted the most for me, I was a real decision-maker: I had true responsibility and chance to learn by making mistakes - it made the experience unforgettable, challenging and worth it.Just a year later, I was promoted to a new role: Market Strategy & Planning Manager for Gillette Venus brand. I won't forget how great a distinction it was for me, as it normally takes 5 years of sales and project management experience to be considered for this position. As part of my job, I had full Gillette Venus sales responsibility across all customers & channels within the Polish market (18 retailers) and was managing the portfolio of 130+ products (including pricing interventions and differentiation plans).Although my professional journey at P&G was beyond rewarding, as a 25-year-old, I had one more dream to fulfill: moving to another continent. Encouraged by the best food in the world, rich culture, and the chance to learn a new language, my choice fell on Mexico. Currently, I am a Senior Project Manager at one of the fastest-growing marketing agencies in Mexico City, helping to grow my clients' business and developing new, innovative solutions for my company.
