In my role as the Director of Property Management for Alston Properties Winnipeg I am responsible for the overall management of assigned residential and commerical properties to satisfy the requirments of the ownership and tenants, to preserve and increase the value and integrity of the properties and to meet the financial objectives of the ownership and management.I have demonstrated that I have the ability to help those in need as to make our tenants feel valued, so that they will continue their relationship with our company and remain long term tenants in our developments. I work just as hard for our tenants as I do for the company.Actively considering the impact of every client interaction is critical to being successful in achieving any objective.
