I have always been interested in robotics. Already in middle school I started my adventure with building minisumo robots, and in college I joined Project Scorpio, where I built Mars rovers.Mechanics, CAD design were not enough for me, so after 2 years I became president of the OFF-ROAD Scientific Association. Despite the hard period of pandemic, I managed to maintain and even doubled the size of the Association, which has consistently achieved a lot of success on the international stage.As a leader, I focused on building strong team integration, empathy and effective communication, which resulted in increased productivity. For me, a team is first and foremost about people, and their development and involvement are crucial.I am currently pursuing my ambitions as a Mechanical Engineer at Fictionlab, which makes Leo Rover robots. It's a fantastic place where I can develop my skills and co-create innovative solutions.Outside of work, my interests include military technology (especially World War 2 navy), 3D printing, space exploration and programming. I am constantly looking for new challenges and learning opportunities to stay abreast of the latest trends in the industry.
