I am a strong, flexible and dedicated Support Engineering Consultant and Manager, I have significant experience of Managing multiple sites all with busy operations. This experience has developed my ability to prioritise and manage many activities at the same, for a significant part of my career I have been successfully communicating and operating with every level of business from the Directorship to the shop floor, on a daily basis. I am someone who is highly observant and thrives under pressure. I am an inspiring dynamic leader and team player, possessing exceptional interpersonal skills. I am driven and ambitious, which is inspiring to staff, suppliers and customers who work with or around me. I demonstrate sound judgment, along with an aptitude to understand and use technical concepts and equipment. I have a honed ability to think on my feet, I can deal with a whole variety of differing issues, understanding the issues from many perspectives enabling me to develop sensible, simple and innovative solutions, as a situation dictates. I do this whilst adhering to Safety, Domain and Engineering principles, because I always have a firm understanding and footing in the regulations that govern my business. I have a ‘can do’ attitude, with lots of experience, coupled with the ability to learn very quickly and grow skills for use in any situation to support others and myself. I have a large wealth of technical experience encompassing Electrical and Mechanical systems. These skills and experience have been gained from the high fidelity technical industry that I have worked in from Apprenticeship until now. This experience and skillset can be quickly transferred to a wide range of other applications and I am keen to develop myself in different industries if the right opportunities are presented.
