Hi, my name is Adrian and I’m currently seeking connections with like-minded professionals within my field.I’m an IT support specialist with a comprehensive background within the large-scale government, education & training, technology, medical, and food & beverage industries. My areas of expertise include team collaboration, client relationship management, customer service, technical support, data analysis, diagnostics, troubleshooting, problem solving, process improvements, configuration, installation, and staff training. Some of my projects to date include my selection to collaborate on a New Zealand Network Transformation Project, providing specialist Level 2 Application and EUC support, and serving as the primary point-of-contact for all technology issues for the Victorian Auditor General’s Office, where I resolved complex technical issues in a highly regulated, sensitive environment. I project-managed the Siebel Implementation Plan (spanning all Siebel projects) for another company, with accountability for accurate and timely change identification and capture, and I developed and utilized calculated formulas and Excel tools to perform semi-automated information gathering and collation, reducing the time spent on completing regular tasks.
