Manage and direct the workflow of twelve (12) J-band (GS-14 equivalent) Watch Managers, whose primary function is to ensure the Vetting Analysis Division is executing the primary mission; to identify and track air travel of known and suspected terrorists and co-travelers, ensure proper adjudication of identity of passenger travelling without identification, manage service disruptions internal and external to Secure Flight operations, assist with Special Mission Coverage of Federal Air Marshalls and facilitate mission support from external local and federal agencies. Commended to Detail on Barrier Analysis Team, Office of Civil Rights and Liberties – 4 months: Statistician – Captured/benchmarked metrics; provided key data to the Director of CRL to aid in making critical decisions on the improvisation regarding hiring, promotion, training and retention of women with the DHS/TSA. Performed fact-finding interviews of complaints and infractions to determine potential barriers.

Manages and directs the work of analysts whose primary functions involve analyzing encounter data within agency’s vetted data holdings to identify unknown threats to transportation as well as trends, links and patterns of known or suspected terrorists. Guides staff through the navigation of the analytic process and trains analysts to operate tat the highest analytic levels. Performs administrative duties to include, hiring actions, performance review evaluations, awards and recognitions and counseling.

Assisted with the development of the sub-committee's project plans and served as a liaison between the diversity council and SLT/CRL/OTE Sr. Leadership. Continuously provide the diversity council with policy guidance, program direction, and staff leadership in the areas of diversity management, workforce analysis, recruitment, and outreach efforts. Established POC’s in other program offices to assist with council needs. Attended meetings to ensure the coordination and completion of monthly council meetings. Participated in the coordination and execution of twelve (12) council meetings was conducted in FY20. Targeting Officer assigned to Counter Terrorism Center (CTC)/ Global Jihad. Administered ad hoc inquiry responses to threats to homeland; equally entrusted with providing support/coverage on North and South America interest to the US. Targeting Officer charged to Financial Intelligence Office (FINO); Team Lead, liaised amongst CIA, US Department of State (DOS and FTTF (Foreign Terrorist Tracking Facility); fostered agreement amongst National Counter Terrorism Center (NTCT)/FINO and DOS to share 1 Terabit of its data; provided invaluable to NCTN/FINO’s mission; oversaw all-source analysis on various person(s), entities/business of interest using various methodologies/procedures to track money transactions in support of terrorist activities.Accomplishment – Pioneered first for a contractor employee to broker such concurrency within NCTC/FINO

Conducted fusion analysis, and information synthesis to support the Terrorist Screening Center’s mission.Responsible for daily review, analysis, and dissemination of time sensitive Security Advisory Opinions, and in-coming intelligence data. Liaison between Intelligence and Research Division and Consular Affairs.Reviewed and coordinated visas applications with the Consular Affairs Office, Customs Border Patrol, and other Intelligence Community agencies.
