Senior Clinical Research Associate with 10 years experience in the Clinical Research Industry.Senior Site Manager ultimately responsible for the successful management of Investigator sites and monitoring activities for assigned clinical studies throughout the trial lifecycle through the close out phase, in accordance with the clinical monitoring plan. Conducts monitoring visits (pre study, initiation, routine monitoring, and close out visits). Quality Oversight Visits and Co-Monitoring visits if required. Ensures that study milestones for sites are met as planned (ex: study start up, recruitment, database analysis, closeout, etc:). Assists with Investigator/Site Identification, and Ethics Committee submissions. Provides protocol and related study training to assigned sites, along with developing effective relationships with the Investigator site staff to ensure that key clinical metrics are met. Ensures integrity of clinical data through and ability to sufficiently maintain site tracking records and work diligently with relevant protocol guidelines.
