Resident in Spain since 2017 and, since June 2023, elected representative in the city council of Montilla, province of Córdoba.As councillor responsible for tourism, I work, at the strategic and operational levels to: develop the city's tourism ecosystem; effectively promote the city as a sustainable tourist destination; and optimise the role of tourism as a driver of socio-economic development – generating wealth, creating employment and retaining population in the city and its surrounding countryside.
