After many years in the catering equipment industry, I have gained multiple skills and now have the confidence to diagnose faults with various appliances. I thoroughly enjoy fault finding and using my initiative to figure out a resolution to the issue. Whilst I do enjoy working independently, I am also more than happy to work as a team member. Installations are a particular passion of mine as I really enjoy working on the project and seeing it through to the end to a satisfactory result.

My role here was very similar to my other roles in diagnosing and repairing catering appliances in schools, restaurants, care homes and hotels. I regularly met with clients to discuss the issue in question and explain the next process involved in the repair of the appliance. Further to this, I was also involved in issuing gas safety certificates on both natural and LPG gas.
