- Lead daily operation and monitor the performance and quality of cement mill,- Identify, plan, and implement key project related to cement mill to improve performance, reduce cost to serve, streamline the processes, and increase productivity. Assess, track, and report the benefit and result of each project. - Oversee all projects, monitor and evaluate the feasibility timeline of the projects.- Prepare assessment report of ball mill or main equipment for local and global audit.

Narogong Plant, Bogor

- Initiate improvement in all Holcim Facility.- Prepare and liase with plant team for process design at new Holcim Facility.- Lead a commissioning team to run new facility. Prepare and perform the reporting for the project to board of directors.- Act as project/site manager and lead the project execution of Holcim site expansion project.

- Intern in production and quality control department.- Learn the existing process from PI&D and all document related to the process - Analyze Absorber and Stripper in Kaltim-4
