- creation, analysis and monitoring of operational and cost efficiency indicators of Technology Group processes (providing services, maintenance services, implementation of new technologies, change management)- periodical update and verification of the KPI's agreed set (creating reports, presentations to the management )- defining the data sources necessary for the calculation of indicators,- creating analyses for the purpose of parameters update and Cost Allocation Model processes,- participation in projects' implementation aimed at improving efficiency of processes ( CIP project " Construction In Progress" aimed to make better use of inventory, project accounting, creating fixed assets; project together with E&Y - " Shortening the implementation of new services "),- preparation of summaries, reports on: outstanding balances of investment projects, encumbrances (liabilities, inventory, invoices and RW documents)- creation of a system and a cyclical assessment of the key projects carried out in Netia (client, technological, etc) - control of expenditure incurred for the modernization of the acquired ISP companies- work on development of the Technology Group operating budget
