Senior PM responsible for the delivery of multiple projects on time and within budget using geographically distributed teams.Projects included:Delivery of a new Data Centre facility in Dublin (including the selection of the appropriate site) and migration of all services without interruption. Planned and delivered all the components of the Dublin Colo facility to allow full migration of all core backbone network and telephony systems including all associated circuits to the new Collocation facility.The re-location and install of a new ACD from the UK to replace incumbent Nortel ACD in Dublin for Irish DQ and Customer Care services.Complete re-build of a European Call Centre Telephony environment (replacement ACD and POP infrastructure and upgrade of all accompanying elements and applications) Assisted in project management of the re-housing of the full IT / Telephony footprint in Asia Pac without impacting a single call.Rollout of new In-House user application across 4 geographically separated sites including IRE, UK and 2 sites in Philippines (covered all training, UAT and rollout being on site in Philippines for final rollout).
