With 3 years of computer systems validation under my belt, I have been intimately involved in the computer systems validation lifecycle. I have been involved in the process from data collection, writing documentation to executing the testing. I have also been involved in data collection not only for validations, but also for data integrity projects, and data migration from a physical form to an electronic quality management system.The majority of my time has been spent with LAS Computer Systems such as:-UVWIN Lab-GRAMs AI-Chemstation Openlab-Smartlab Studio IIIn my time at this position I have worked alongside many SMEs, including IT personnel for the means of data collection, trouble shooting systems, and resolving deviations. I thoroughly enjoyed working with them and I would like to expand my IT skills to function more efficiently on projects.Additionally, I have employed the Microsoft office suite; mainly Outlook, Word, and Excel, to communicate, write validation packages, and manage data collection of large projects.In terms of EQMS systems, Master Control is the one I have engaged with the most. I have used it for the purpose to acquiring documentation such as SOPs, Work Instructions, etc. I have also used it for the purpose of completing trainings.During my time as Quality Control Chemist, I used many equipment such as Gas Chromatographs, FT/NIR equipment, scales, titrators, etc, as well as EQMS systems to input data and compute results. I learned many skills such as proper documentation, and organization of my tools to work more efficiently during my 12 hour shifts. Of my many responsibilities, I would check water content of waste methanol, trouble shoot various equipment when I received incoherent results, or of the machine broke down, and daily calibration of equipment to ensure proper results.
