Taken a start up Building products business to achieve greater than 30% year on year growth culminating in training and appointing a successor GM to the business. Introduced business operations and sales processes to support growth utilising and customisation of CRM Salesforce for sales pipeline, project and service management. Hands on. Started out as a sales cadet in warehousing, internal sales, sales representative and service person.
