Within the last 20 years I have transitioned from being an onsite tradesman to a General manager and everything in between. Within that I have travelled extensively and even lived abroad for just under 3 years working in sales and sales training. I strive for my version of success everyday not only for me personally but also for my team because without my team success I can have no success. I have always based my success not only on my results but on the lasting relationships I have made over the 20 years. My family is a world and I always strive to have great work life balance to ensure I don't miss my kids growing up or the time I can have with my wife.
