I am a senior leader with experience in manufacturing, production and waste disposal environments with a track record of improving productivity and reducing costs using the Theory of Constraints, 5S and a range of management techniques, having managed operational workforces of up to 700 staff. I have worked in New Zealand for 20 years; I am dual nationality NZ and UK and decided early in 2013 to return permanently to the UK. I resigned from my post in June 2013 and have travelled overland through SE Asia, China, and Russia to return to the UK. I am now looking for a significant operational role in the UK to build on my career in New Zealand.
