• Interact with regional branches in identifying business needs, building relationships and selling the benefits of early procurement involvement• Prepare the Annual Procurement Plan for the whole department and report KPIs (planned vs. actual) to the Procurement Division• Work within a given budget and create documentation to purchase goods and services for the regional branches in order to maintain certain inventory levels• Manage preparation, implementation and execution of procurement processes to ensure efficiency, cost savings and best practices • Check invoices for accuracy and authorize the Accounts Payable department to issue payment• Maintain positive working relationships with strategic suppliers to assure quality and delivery targets are met• Enter data concerning inventory and order amounts into an Oracle IT application• Work with Finance team throughout the procurement cycle to assist with forecasting and budgeting• Analyze market and delivery trends so as to develop procurement technologies and processes that support those trends• Oversee the cash processing activity of regional cashier departments and verify compliance with current working procedures• Coordinate projects around the set-up and organization of new cash processing centers at regional level• Regularly analyze existing stocks, investment proposals and the consumption of materials necessary for the regional cash processing activity• Provide documentation, prepare the necessary formalities and participate in the off-line destruction of unfit banknotes process• Verify equipment performance within the regional branches through the quality check of banknotes• Periodically centralize and analyze data collected from the cash processing activity in order to estimate the level of unfit banknotes• Verify and track the capabilities of credit institutions, State Treasury and other cash operating agents to authenticate and sort recirculated cash

• Ensure receipt of values from the Central Vault or from other NBR regional branches• Secure the management of cash and other values available in the vault of the Bucharest regional branch• Comply with all applicable regulations in order to keep large amounts of cash and other values in complete safety• Record daily cash operations in the Cash Management application• Lead and provide direction to a team of 15 cashiers responsible for transporting and manipulating large bundles of money• Perform detailed analysis of the cashiers’ activity and present reports to the management of the regional branch and to the Issue, Treasury & Cash Division• Ensure receipt and processing of unfit banknotes and coins delivered by other NBR regional branches for destruction purposes• Use special equipment to effectively destroy banknotes and coordinate actions in accordance with current standards and regulations• Verify and approve cash deposits or withdrawals performed by credit institutions and the State Treasury in collaboration with the Bucharest regional branch• Provision the other NBR regional branches with liquidity in order to facilitate cash operations

• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts• Contact clients regarding overdue accounts and determine reasons for non-payment (via phone/e-mail/letter)• Negotiate payment plans and schedules that suit their financial situation while still satisfying the debt• Create and keep record of customer files• Initiate and monitor enforcement procedures against bad payers• Investigate historical data for each debt or bill and use best practices to improve cash collection results• Prepare statements to be given to credit departments and banks when customers failed to meet their payment agreements or when no payment agreement couldn’t be made• Answer to customer queries and resolve disputes in an amicable manner• Process payments and refunds• Build relationships with clients using best-in-class client service• Improve strategies for collection processes and procedures• Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status

• Meet with applicants to determine financial needs and review loan requests• Evaluate risks, limits and creditworthiness according to company policies• Contact clients to gather financial data and documentation• Calculate financial ratios (e.g. credit scores and interest rates)• Submit applications to credit analysts for verification and recommendation • Prepare credit contracts, ensure invoice processing and set up payment plans• Maintain updated records of loan applications• Follow up with clients about loan renewals• Monitor progress of existing loans• Set credit policies, credit lines, procedures and standards in conjunction with senior managers• Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them• Escalation of collection issues, where required
